According to article 8 of the L.1652/30-10-86 Greek Official Gazette 167Α, in case of cancellation by the client, if it is made:

• - 21 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, the hotel owner must return the whole advance payment.
• - within less than 21 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, clients must pay half of the total cost of the stay to the hotel.
